Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. Most well-known for her anchoring of the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is an American journalist on the broadcast. In the past, she was the co-anchor on the CNN morning news show New Day as well as The Situation Room. Bolduan is also part of CNN's winning presidential election coverage for 2012. She has also served as an official correspondent for the congressional office in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan was a reporter for legislative and congressional events, such as discussions on raising the federal debt ceiling and the super committee's discussions. Bolduan has worked as an assignment reporter for general assignments. She covered such stories as the Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt and the Supreme Court's landmark decision on Obamacare. Bolduan also reported on the introduction of stimulus plans in 2009. She was appointed a CNN Newsource national correspondent in 2007. She worked as an CNN Newsource national correspondent, offering breaking news and feature reporting to more than 800 CNN Newsource affiliated stations.
