Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England), is an English artist and singer. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 with her catchy electronic pop songs "Starry Eyed" as well as Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. The soprano's quirk and her capacity to create catchy and emotional songs put her at the forefront for modern mainstream music, in addition to the art and indie pop scene. Polydor Records signed her to an agreement with a record label and she was preparing the release of her debut album.
